Juan Pablo has 29 years of experience in the global finance industry, with an extensive track record in sustainable infrastructure projects in Latin America. At Ecopetrol, he led the structuring and raising of financing for the group, including that required for key energy transition projects, renewable energy, and strategic acquisitions.
Previously, he held senior roles at CFC-SK Capital, a private equity fund in Colombia; Astris Finance, a boutique financial advisory firm specialized in infrastructure and energy in Latin America; and Dexia, a leading European bank with global operations, where he managed large-scale infrastructure investments in Mexico.
Juan Pablo is an Industrial Engineer from Universidad de los Andes and holds an MBA from Georgetown University with honors.
With more than 20 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant with a focus on tax financial analysis, Sixto has led expert reports for financial institutions, factoring companies, and various industries vital to the economy. He has also served as Tax & Accounting Manager in the banking, mining, and consumer goods industries, accumulating over $1.1 billion in filed tax credits.
Sixto holds a degree in Accounting from Universidad Interamericana de Panamá, and has a postgraduate degree in Accounting with a Specialty in Controllership from Universidad de Panamá, a master’s degree in taxation and Fiscal Management from UNESCPA, and an MBA from INCAE Business School in Nicaragua.
Marcos has 25 years of experience in the IT, telecommunications, and solar energy sectors, where he has served as Director of Energy Efficiency & Solar Energy at Greenyellow, C&I Manager at Trina Solar, and Energy Solutions Manager at Panasonic. Since 2014 he has been dedicated to developing and promoting the solar energy market in Colombia, where he has already generated $100 million in investment.
Marcos has a degree in Business Administration from Universidad del Norte and holds an MBA from the same institution.
Natalia has 12 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on the structuring of credits and infrastructure projects. Previously, she was Manager in the Structured Finance Unit of Banco de Bogotá, where she executed multiple Project Finance transactions, and Manager of Credit Solutions at Scotiabank Colpatria. Before joining Scotiabank, Natalia was the Financial Planning Specialist at Transportadora de Gas Internacional – TGI, where she actively participated in the structuring of new businesses and infrastructure projects.
Natalia is an Industrial Engineer and Master of Finance from Universidad de los Andes.
With over 10 years of experience in the finance industry with a focus on infrastructure and energy, Daniel has acted as Vice President of Origination & Execution at Cubico Sustainable Investments, where he focused on power generation and transmission projects. Before Cubico, Daniel worked at Inkia Energy [subsidiary of I Squared Capital], CFC-SK Capital [a company of Corficolombiana and SK Holdings], Financiera de Desarrollo Nacional [National Infrastructure Bank], and Corficolombiana.
Daniel Rojas holds a MiF from London Business School and is currently completing the CFA Level III.
Gerald has more than 10 years of experience in Latin America’s electric power sector, with a focus on photovoltaic solar energy and energy efficiency. Supporting the energy transition towards renewable sources from its earliest stages in Latin America and the Caribbean, Gerald has collaborated in the technical development, construction, and operation of more than 300 MW of clean power generation projects in the region. Previously, he has held technical positions at Panasonic Lationamérica, ENSA [EPM Group, Panama] and LG Electronics.
Gerald Carril is an Electromechanical Engineer from Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá, where he has also achieved his master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, and has a master’s degree in Project Management from Universidad Interamericana de Panamá.
Guido has 17 years of experience in the Latin American energy sector, dedicated for more than a decade to the modernization of hydrocarbon extraction and transportation infrastructure in Argentina and Brazil. He has acted as the South American exclusive agent for PPG Industries Fiber Glass [ NYSE: PPG ] and Nippon Electric Glass [ TYO: 5214 ], and in Argentina for UGE International [ TSX-V: UGE ]. Since 2015 he has focused on the renewable energy industry, where he has led the development of more than 500MW of power generation projects in Argentina, Colombia, Panama, and the Dominican Republic.
Guido has been the first Country Head of Greenwood Energy for Colombia, where he stood out as the founder of the TERRΛ INITIΛTIVE, later fulfilling the role of CEO of the global company for the period 2021-2024.
Guido Patrignani holds an Architecture degree from Universidad de Belgrano.
Raul´s training and education as a nuclear physicist, combined with his diverse business skills and a wide network of international allies, led him to serve as an advisor to various renewable energy companies throughout his career. With more than 15 years of experience in the shipping industry, Raul has developed several leadership roles in global companies dedicated to the refrigerated shipping market sector.
Mr. Gonzalez Neira brings a vast experience in business development and structuring, with special focus in infrastructure sectors such as maritime transportation, real estate, and hospitality. He has been responsible of the development and construction of 200,000 square meters of residences, hotels and office space through the Americas.
Raul is currently Senior Advisor to the Libra Group, as well as director, president and member of the advisory board to different companies of
the conglomerate.
Over 20 years of experience in the finance industry, with a focus on renewable energy. Camilo was previously the co-founder of Greenwood Energy USA and served several senior roles at the Libra Group. Before joining Libra, Camilo was Vice President of Fortress Investment Group [NYSE: FIG], and previously Director at UBS Investment Bank [NYSE: UBS].
Camilo Patrignani holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
With 25 years of commercial experience in automotive and energy corporations, Menelao joined Greenwood Energy in 2014 as Government Affairs Director. Previously, he headed the Corporate Management of Mitsubishi Motors [TYO: 7211] for Central America and the Caribbean. He also acted as a regional representative of BMW [ETR: BMW] and Daihatsu [TYO: 7262].
Menelao has a Juris Doctor from La Universidad de la Habana.
