Greenwood Energy has signed an agreement to supply photovoltaic solar energy to a major shopping mall in Panama. The project will be built on the rooftops and will provide the establishment with clean energy for the next 25 years. The self-generated power will be offset by the electricity consumed by the shopping mall, under Net Metering modality. The system will count with 4MW of installed capacity, and it is expected to generate savings above US$300,000 during the first year of operation.
